Artificial Intelligence Degree Programs Now Available Through Program Sharing

WAICU Members can add AI to their curriculum as early as fall of 2024 through our partnership with Rize Education.

After considerable market analysis and consultation with subject market experts, Rize has launched two new academic programs: Applied AI and AI Literacy.

Both programs bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry demand, ensuring students are well-prepared for the evolving challenges and opportunities presented by an AI-driven future. Both programs were also featured in Gray DI’s Top 5 Emerging Programs for 2024. Their first AI course, AI for Everyone, is already open to Rize partners for registration.

Rize Education enables colleges to add enrollment driving academic programs in high demand fields while streamlining and lowering institutional costs through program sharing. Rize is proud to partner with more than 85 small colleges, including WAICU members St. Norbert College and Mount Mary University, on more than 500 degree programs. They combine exceptional online courses with robust student and operational support and enrollment services to maximize the impact of new degree programs.

Partnering on an expensive, fast-moving subject like artificial intelligence is arguably the perfect use case for the Rize model. Read more about this announcement in Rize’s latest blog. Through the Academic Program Services collaboration, all WAICU members receive discounted subscription pricing on Rize programs, including AI.
