Transcript Request Procedure

WAICU holds the transcripts for Holy Family College (formerly Silver Lake College) and Mount Scenario College.

There is a $10.00 fee for each transcript. The fastest way to receive your transcript is to click the Pay Now button at the bottom of this page, which will take you to PayPal. Log in to PayPal if you have an account, or select Pay with Debit or Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account.

After completing the payment, please return to this page and complete the Transcript Request Form.

Education Verification Procedure

To obtain education verification for Holy Family College (formerly Silver Lake College) and Mount Scenario College, ask the verification agency to submit a verification request to WAICU containing the following information:

  • Student signature giving permission to release the information.
  • Full name of the student, including all names the student may have used during attendance (maiden name, married name, etc.).
  • Date of birth.
  • Last four digits of Social Security Number (optional if date of birth is provided).
  • Exact information that is being requested, i.e., date of graduation, degree received.
  • Approximate dates of attendance (if available).

The requests should be emailed to transcripts@waicu.org or mailed to the address below. There is no charge for education verifications.

FERPA permits the disclosure of personally identifiable information from education records with the prior written consent of the student. Disclosure without prior consent is permitted or required by law under certain circumstances.
