This is a consortium of member institutions purchasing a common administrative system that train and implement on the same schedule. June 2006 marked the successful implementation of Jenzabar EX, an enterprise suite of applications bringing an integrated Microsoft SQL database and processing solution for each administrative office on the college campus. Three WAICU ETC task force groups were created in June 2007 to identify potential areas of collaboration for users groups, future procurements, and expanding membership. User groups from WAICU campuses using Datatel and SunGard met to discuss ways they could collaborate. Additional member institutions are considering the purchase, training, and implementation of a new ERP system.
