The WAICU Retirement Readiness Plan is a state‐of‐the‐art Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) that has garnered national media coverage as an innovative approach to reducing fees, increasing the level of service, and helping institutions fulfill their fiduciary responsibility.
After a rigorous, three‐year‐long due diligence process, the WAICU Retirement Readiness Plan launched in the spring of 2018 and continues to gain momentum. All WAICU‐member colleges and universities are eligible to participate in the plan. WAICU members are encouraged to schedule a meeting with WAICU staff to review the details of the WAICU Retirement Readiness Plan, compare it to their existing program, and learn more about what it can mean for their fiduciary liability.
